The product is excellent, however the sales department and customer services are poor. The website crashed mid order, when I phoned to find out what was going on A man took my order again assuring me it had not been accepted the first time. They did in fact take two payments from my account. Customer services said it would be refunded, it wasn't! What a shambles, it is better to go via Amazon to make a purchase.
