I have reported something and created an account to wait for updates. The account didn’t work anymore the following day as it says that the password was wrong. So many users are having the same issue I can read here, so I don’t understand, why don’t they fix this problem? It would be also worth to know if the report sent is actually sent to law enforcement or discarded directly from Crimestopper volunteers for any reason… at least people won’t write here that nothing is being done by YOU, if they know that you have sent it to the police… since the responsibility of “doing nothing” won’t be in you…
