Failed to update me on my claim, which had been closed, which I was upset about as they didn’t even tell me so that I could challenge this or give further evidence. Take no responsibility and then become rude when someone has something right to be upset about. Didn’t inform me of much throughout the whole claim, just got loads of junk mail from them instead. Wouldn’t recommend, my fault for doing something via a Facebook ad!
