Total disaster! I ordered a leather jacket in Large but received a SMALL. Returning it has been a challenge, and I was told to send it to Italy! The shipping costs are quite high 😞. I went to the postal service but couldn't return it due to customs restrictions on leather and vegan products. I've been trying to resolve this for weeks.
