I attended the Glow in Glendalough with Saoirse (Croga Comforts) - a beautiful hike with zero pressure surrounded by lovely people, an amazing dip in the lake followed by the most relaxing, heart warming, reflective yoga and meditation with cacao, in a warm, cosy and comforting space. I loved every minute and promise myself to do this kind of thing more often. I feel amazing after it. The slow pace in such beautiful nature is good for the soul. I shared the morning with a precious friend which made it even more special. Huge thanks to Saoirse who is so lovely, calming and caring. Róisín
