I am leaving this review as a serious public complaint about CronosMarkets.
On January 19, I made a deposit from my Binance account to CronosMarkets. The funds were successfully deducted from Binance, which confirms that the transaction was completed on the sender’s side.
However, the money never arrived on my CronosMarkets account and has not been credited to my deposit to this day.
What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of communication:
• I contacted CronosMarkets support multiple times
• I provided details of the transaction
• I received no response at all — my messages are being ignored
This is extremely concerning for a company operating in the financial and trading sector. Missing client funds combined with total silence from support is unacceptable and raises serious questions about reliability and transparency.
I expect:
1. A clear explanation of where my funds are
2. Immediate crediting of my deposit or a proper resolution
3. A public response from an official representative of CronosMarkets
I am posting this review to warn other users and to push the company to finally take responsibility and address this issue.
