A couple of days ago, I received the Ace of Spades and was very pleased with the quality—it was well worth the wait.As for the Square Onyx, it did ship, but I received the wrong item. I returned it to the provided address, and they are currently in the process of sending me the correct one.I’ve been a customer of Howlett since 2023, and their rings have always been of exceptional quality. I’m happy with my purchase overall. I believe the issue this time was due to a large influx of orders that may have overwhelmed their fulfillment process. Despite that, I decided to give them a second chance—and they delivered.Their customer service has been consistently responsive and attentive to my emails and messages. The purpose of this review is to let others know that this company is legitimate and appears to be learning from its mistakes.If you don’t mind waiting 2–3 months for a high-quality ring that stands the test of time, I’d say it’s totally worth it.
