I ordered a ring in early April that was supposed to take 10-15 business days to produce and ship. A month after ordering, I emailed about the delay. My complaint is that the online tracking never worked, however customer service always emailed me back promptly and politely. Unfortunately, there was never any actual information given. This continued about four times. Finally after 3 months I've decided to cancel my order. I wish the company well, but this was unacceptable to me. *UPDATE* 7-29-2024 - I just received an email out of the blue from Jana (the representative that I had spoken to multiple times). Unprompted, Jana stated that the company was very sorry for my experience and that they would ship me the ring I ordered in April. Shipping information was provided shortly after. Now, I've already been reimbursed for my purchase when I asked for a refund and cancellation (which was incredibly easy and painless). So I'm beyond impressed that A. A small company is making amends and going above and beyond. B. That Jana would even remember me. I can only imagine that Howlet discussed the issues they were having and decided to take a loss to make a 1st time customer's day. I'm very happy and impressed. I will update when I receive the ring.
