A review of your customer service IS reviewing your service. The review isn't for not taking on a bespoke order, it's for your god awful customer service (which is pretty evident in your review responses).2. It's not unreasonable to expect a reply when you've tried to contact multiple times over the course of months. You responded to this in 11 hours!3. It's hardly ironic, I'm perfectly fine with you not taking on bespoke jobs anymore to better handle the demand for your off the shelf products - good for you, eh? But I'm not telepathic and couldn't possibly know that because *no one would respond*!4.
