Even if they won’t resize/replace, it’d be nice to actually receive a response. They have enough time to repeatedly send out marketing emails though.I thought I was onto a winner with this company as the designs are good (a testament to the independent designers NOT the company) however the customer service and communication needs dramatic improvement.
