All of these withdrawals remain in “Created” status, which clearly indicates they have not been processed from the platform’s side. No UTR number, transaction proof, or payment confirmation has been provided.
The support team continues to give repeated template responses about high volume and bank processing, without resolving the issue.
It is extremely concerning that withdrawals were processed smoothly when my balance was small. Once my balance increased, delays began and my withdrawal limit was suddenly reduced to only one withdrawal of ₹500 per day, without any proper explanation.
This lack of transparency and continuous delay in processing withdrawals is unacceptable. I request immediate processing of all pending withdrawals and a clear written explanation regarding the sudden withdrawal restriction.
I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
