A hopeless and inward looking company with no proper customer care policies. Only interested in themselves. I ordered their ows earbuds which they had committed to deliver within 3 days. They sent an email confirming shipment with a blue dart tracking number. I waited till 6th that is today, referred to their website on their return policy, and requested for a refund. I have clearly mentioned that I will not be able to take delivery beyond 7th night as we are travelling for next 6 months.I have seen that they have a store on Amazon marketplace where they are even promising same day delivery. I even requested them to see if I could pay the difference and purchase from there. NO RESPONSE ON THIS REQUEST.They are not willing to honour their COMITTMENT OF REFUND IF DELAYED. I have requested my legal counsel to intervene and take up the matter WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AUTHORITY.PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SUCH COMPANIES
