Item arrived totally the wrong size but labelled the correct size. The measurements were way larger than on the website for a pair of joggers. They said no to my refund initially. When asked for photos. Then told me I needed a printer if I wanted to return. They wouldn't even let me use just standard royal mail to return. I had to threaten legal action to get them to provide me with a normal QR code royal mail returns code. Then they refunded the item amount but no postage! I had to escalate to PayPal for this to be refunded. All this for a cheap pair of joggers. Product quality is terrible and customer service just as bad.

Crosshatch was born in the Northern Quarter of Manchester in 1996, taking the famous weave of denim as both its name and inspiration. Heavily influenced by music and the drive to do your own thing, Crosshatch took a direction all of its own with bold graphics, constantly evolving colour combinations and extra design details which show a focus on detail.
