I was actually impressed by an excellent customer service. I mean my order has been dispatched almost instantly. And delivered within 48 hours. Which is great, bigger brands don't do that. Disappointed to see that nothing fits as they go really smaller than other regular brands. My son is an M and I ordered L but didn't fit, very very tight. I then found out the return is not free as most shops. Therefore I paid to send it back. In the meantime I read some reviews about how long it takes to process refunds, yet it didn't apply to us. Really, really professional someone wrote to me within a day since it has been delivered to them and got the money back, less the transport. Therefore in this transaction I lost £6, the cost of transport back and forth. This is going to put me off for buying again or trying other item. I would advise the company from a customer point of view to look into that. As now I would really know to choose item 2 size bigger and maybe look at stretchy materials. Yet, because if I would have to pay in case one of the items don't suits us for any reason, I won't consider ordering.
