Appalling customer service. Sent back items for a refund which shows aas received at their end. They have used every excuse they can to not refund me. I have provided the tracking information and postcode yet they still do not want to provide.a refund. Complete lack of integrity and in a cost of living crisis withholding customers money because of their own inept processing of my return. A Xmas grinch of a company who put profits ahead of customer service and loyalty. I will never buy their products again and please do not buy from this company as they are just immoral and untrustworthy.
