We wanted to integrate crossmint NFT checkout on our website to sale our NFT’s first it was hard to make the collection verified but in the end our collection was verified but after that they asked for the KYC we did the KYC and they rejected it without telling a reason and when we asked for the reason Alexander said collection exceed our risk threshold that their risk team has shared there was an usual activity associated with our collection and that’s why the collection was rejected for approval and also said that we can’t even appeal on our case , we sent many emails after that to know what’s the reason so that we can clear the concerns and provide if anything is needed but they didn’t even reply , as we are new to this business we will suggest you to please cooperate with the new users to promote them and motivate them to keep working ! Very bad Experience
