I ordered holiday gifts for five family members well in advance, as delivery was promised in under a week. However, from December 8 to 23, the tracking shows the items being sent to various locations in another country. The problem is, I live in the USA! I had to cancel my order with Christmas just hours away, and my items are still far away. Now, I'm bracing myself for the struggle to get my $100 refund from this questionable company.
