It took weeks to receive my order which…

It took weeks to receive my order which was the wrong item. They have refused to offer me anything other than a $7 credit for my inconvenience. When I refused the $7 they locked my account so I can’t access my original order. I found a different shirt that is very similar to the one I originally ordered at the exact same price and asked if they could just send me that one and they told me no, that the shirt they sent is what I ordered and they will refund me $7 end of story! They have refused to provide me with a contact phone number or address, I’ve found numerous addresses online and I have to contact them all bc I have no idea which one is correct. They claim they mailed the correct shirt and will not meet me in the middle with an exchange. Even saying it would cost me too much to return the shirt so take the $7 and keep the shirt! They are very unprofessional and the most difficult company I’ve ever had to deal with… Please find your items elsewhere you’ll be saving yourself a lot of trouble.
