Well im sure they will answer now once this is posted just like the rest of them. On the 14th of this month ive purchased one of their services & till this day no answer. They have no customer service on their site at all, only way to reach them is their instagram (not professional). When I tried to reach them "through instagram" no response. On their bio it says to text their number "for crowdfreak" which I did and instead its a auto system that gives you no options. When you click "Help" it sends you to a whole new different web page that has nothing to do with them! -_- Through out the weekend new stories are posted up on their instagram but no one answers to the messages ive been sending them about my order. More than 72 hours passed like their site claims & nothing smh. Ill be taking my business else where, its just another lesson learned with these sites.
