The games are fun but the chases and trails and things like it are absolutely rigged. Not rigged in a sense that they pick winners, rigged in the sense that it's nearly impossible to achieve without putting in an exorbitant amount of money, like $10,000 minimum, and even then you will likely fall short. They want you to buy all the packs and even when you do, they slow you down (by giving low rolls, things like that.) I know multiple people on the current chase that got to 99/100 and can't get any further due to packs disappearing, the race points not calculating, etc.

All that being said, nothing and I mean NOTHING is as atrocious as their support. It's a chatbot, and they say they connect you to an agent but never do. You wait for hours and then they randomly reply in the wee hours of the night when everyone is asleep, and then close it out and mark it "Resolved" even though absolutely nothing was done. No email, no follow up, nothing. Got declined for multiple packs, spent more than 10 hours a day on the site for the past few days, and am short one single square. Support isn't even replying, when any of those packs that declined and then disappeared, or any of the special drops or anything at all would've allowed me to finish the trail. I am stuck in limbo like so many others. Spun well over $10k and it ends like this. Absolutely terrible. Will redeem whatever balance I have left and will never come back. If you're reading this, stay away and spend your money on other sites that will actually give you a fair shake!
