Anyone considering renting from this service should think twice. The staff are quite arrogant and unfriendly, leading to a terrible experience over the past five years. They consistently ignored requests for necessary repairs, and to make matters worse, they chose to evict us without any alternative housing options. It has been a very distressing situation.
