I have never encountered such rude and ineffective service in all my renting experiences. There was no honesty from the beginning, and nothing was ever repaired. They seemed more interested in taking your money while providing no service. I suggest opting for a more established and reputable company instead. I suspect many of the positive reviews are fabricated. Additionally, their office location appears to be misleading, as my colleague found no actual office at the listed address. This situation has been reported to the relevant authorities.
