Moved from England to Australia with my partner. Chose crown as the sales guy was great and we bought into him despite the price being much higher. Poor decision. Customer services are poor and slow. Packing was shocking. Many breakages with shoulders shrugged when I complained. Shop around. Do not pay top dollar for a below par service.
