Moved NZ to UK...do not use appalling service, they came and packed, loaded into container, I asked for it to be sealed and was then told this is not our container but our contents would be going to Dunedin unpacked to wait for another container they forgot to order therefore contents sat somewhere for 3 weeks, finally container left arrived UK and got a letter to say would not deliver due to covid 19 (had container left in time there would not have been any lockdown issues) and wanted to charge exorbitant storage, unpacking of the container into storage, re packing and delivery despite the fact we had paid for a full delivery service and unpacking. But as doing twice they wanted to charge. We then requested they deliver container and we would unpack as that was no different than them collecting and unpacking at storage in fact a safer option as this was no contact at all...after much complaining they finally did this, wanted me tosign a very poorly written waiver accepting liability for their staff!!! Refused this finally delivered otherwise we would be in empty house for two months, communication was appalling, no tracking provided as they promised, finally managed to get a refund if £250 as they did not unpack. Unpacked and found that the packing staff in NZ had damaged goods during packing ie ear missing off large wooden rocking horse..piece not in packing so obviously done during packing and hidden, other items the same...guess that’s what happens if you employ university students as your packers..This company is a joke do not use they are just unprofessional, cannot communicate, have to continually chase for responses should have used Pickfords who have used in the past and the move UK to NZ who are professionals
