We weren't thinking of buying a property. However, we stumbled upon Cruden by accident and decided to see what they had to offer after viewing Cala flats across the street. As the flat was not ready for viewing, Ashley happily provided us all the details such as floorplan, layout of each room and went through a 3D walkthrough of the property with us thoroughly as well the surround area.The process of buying the property was extremely smooth as we were not rushed through the process. Since we moved in, we've only had the customer care team in 3/4 times for minor fixes and they were also quick to respond so we are delighted with the quality of the build and service we've had with them. Would recommend Cruden as the sales service and customer care we've had has been exceptional.
