I'd like to thank Cruden, and Alison in particular for a comprehensive and well structured presentation of one of the villas at The Avenue. Coming up from London for the day to view , Alison had furnished a full set of documentation so I was fully up to speed when I arrived, and we were able to concentrate on her demonstrating what the house and the development have to offer when I got there.
