I was reassured in several emails not to worry about that. My rv vacation nightmare started the moment I walked into your pickup location with my wife and grandkids. Two hours later I left with no rv and disappointment grandchildren. The owner of the rv pick up facility couldn’t have been less helpful. Cruise America is completely unreliable. We lost out on the one week we had and no one was helpful or cared.
