The woman who I made my reservation with was extremely pleasant, professional and friendly... It was a pleasure to work with her. The man I spoke with earlier today was also top notch. Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation because my friends bailed on me. Anyway, he was great, very friendly, helpful and just a real pleasure to interact with. I'm left with a really nice impression of Cruise America. Hopefully I'll be able to read book soon
