FILTHY RV. No one cleaned it. Crumbs on the side, food drips down the kitchen cupboard doors, onion peel in the drawers, spilt sticky gank in the cupboards, a piece of cheese/ pistachio nut and chewing gum under the table, fingers marks all over the microwave and windows. Parking sensors didn't work, heating didn't work and air conditioning didn't work. Along the way we spoke to other cruise America customers and their RVs were not clean either! Uncaring staff, rude travel assistance staff. It's about numbers and money to them.
