Review for Cruise America – Reservation #732634 (Denver, Sept 2025)We rented an RV from Cruise America (Denver, Sept 6–16) and within the first 48 hours it was a nightmare: engine warning light on, suspension unsafe, tyre pressure sensor faults, leaking sink, broken toilet door handle, curtains that wouldn’t close, emergency exit stuck, smoke alarm falling off, and filthy inside on pickup. The mattresses were also worn out and extremely uncomfortable.When we called Traveler Assistance, there was no apology or real help—only after we pushed. At the Salt Lake City branch, the manager spoke rudely to us on the phone but when we arrived in person to drop the RV off for repairs, he didn’t even bother to come out and speak to us. Again, no apology was ever offered. They just patched things up and sent us away, not even letting us know when the RV was ready to collect.For the price charged, this was shocking. The RV was clearly too old and poorly maintained to be on the road. The whole experience was stressful, unsafe, and unprofessional.I will never recommend Cruise America to anyone.
