Our rental in May was a total outright disaster, with broken shower pipes flooding the bed, the shower drain clogged and flooding the floor--ALL ON THE VERY FIRST DAY OF OUR RENTAL--and an RV battery that would work only for an hour or so without the vehicle on or being plugged in to shore power which prevented us from camping off grid with our friends for a week as we had long planned to do.Then, after all this. they refused to pay all the costs we had to spend to fix things and when we filed a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General's Office they lied to them claiming everything was returned in "working order"-- but failing to say that was because WE PAID to get things fixed, that they failed to reimburse us for those costs, that WE lost precious days of our limited vacation time having to get everything fixed, and 1/3 of our vacation was destroyed because we could not dry camp with our friends due to the faulty RV battery.They are a poorly run.dishonest corporation this is only interested in their own financial interests.We are considering organizing people with similar complaints and filing a CLASS ACTION SUIT against them.
