Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. The customer service was unacceptable. The vehicle was unsafe to drive, yet the representative insisted that we drive three hours back to the center or face a $2,000 charge. That demand was unreasonable given the safety concerns.The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. This situation was handled poorly from start to finish.I have filed formal complaints with the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and the Consumer Protection Agency. I am also preparing to pursue legal action regarding this matter.Instead of helping me they made it more unsafe.
