I booked my RV 3 months ago and was so excited to go. 3 days prior I had emergency surgery and, besides mentally and physically getting ready for surgery, I had to worry about not going on the trip AND possibly losing the money I had paid so far. Cruise America was great and made it easy for my wife to cancel 2 days prior. They wene great, one less thing to worry about. I certainly will book another trip as soon as we can!
