We were thrilled to pick up the RV to start our vacation. When the RV was brought out to us its was filthy. The floor was covered in muddy footprints and grit that was dragged in by the man showing us the unit. I told him that I see they don't mind leaving me a mess but I was sure they would charge me for the same! There were 2 drawers that wouldn't close all the way so we had to tie them shut. I had to take 20 minutes to clean before I was comfortable taking off. We were told about dumping the tanks and made sure to to that before we brought it back. However because I closed the valve after I emptied it I was still charged the $60! They also tried to charge me a cleaning fee when the RV was returned 100X cleaner than it was picked up. The interior AC unit didn't work at all and the celling lights poured in water when it rained. This was a horrible waste of money with an exorbitant amount of fees on a literal Junker!
