We’ve booked trips through a number of travel agents in the past and this experience has been the best. I’ve never come across an agent who has been so helpful and gone beyond what I would have expected. She helped us and was very patient as we considered different options. We never felt rushed. She even sent a link to a review of an airline we’ve not used before to consider booking that airline. No matter how many queries we had, however minor, the agent was there to assist. Communication was great throughout the booking process and for later queries. We would use CruiseAway again without question.
