I ordered a sweatshirt based on the image on the website, but when it arrived, the color was nothing like what was shown. I returned the item and had to cover the postage costs both ways, which was frustrating since it wasn't my fault. I also didn't receive a refund for the shipping fees. Very disappointing experience. I won't be ordering again.
