Crunchyroll is pretty much the only legal place to watch most anime, yet their app is riddled with problems and their customer service is the absolute worst. I've complained about two issues for years, and they've still not done anything to fix them. Ones just to correct episode order of one series where they mixed two arcs together, which should be a simple fix. Two years later, it still hasn't be doneNow the app keeps acting like I don't pay for premium at random, I've complained so many times in the last two weeks about this, and still nothing has changed. Customer service don't help with anything
