I placed an order more than 3 months ago, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received my order nor any refund. After contacting you again and again, there has been no proper response. This is absolutely unacceptable!Your service is pathetic, your customer support is non-existent, and this shows zero regard for customer satisfaction. Taking money and not delivering products is nothing less than fraud.
