I am a Verified Creator (Triups) with thousands of interactions, yet I am being denied access to basic creator tools like 'Albums' and 'Alpha Models'. Other creators with fewer interactions and followers have these tools, but for me, they simply do not exist.
When I contacted support, I was told these features are in 'Beta' and reserved for 'high-quality creators'—a huge insult to someone who is already verified and has been paying for a subscription. They are picking favorites and limiting accounts without clear rules.
The free models are poor, the memory is inconsistent, and the support is pathetic. I have canceled my subscription and I am leaving the platform. Do not waste your money here if you expect fair treatment or functional creator tools. Total disappointment.
