On January 28, 2025, my Cryptonomy account was compromised. I was locked out and unable to report the fraud. When I regained access, I discovered that $99,980 had been fraudulently withdrawn. I reported it immediately, but Cryptonomy denied reimbursement despite its Security Guarantee. I have submitted the information they requested and they still refuse to refund my money. I am going to file a claim with the regulatory authorities next. This is scamming on the highest level. This needs to be investigated and then correctly banned. The customer service I experienced at Chasunah Ltd during my refund process was fast, flawless, and courteous. Cryptonomy blocked my account for no reason and then did it again but stated THEY had not and it was somehow my fault - disgraceful.
