just woeful customer service ..... no details or personal help just please check the contract ..... 12 month term deposit cant be with drawn after 12 months .. customer service cant give information when my money will be available even though the agreed 12 month investment contract period has expired ... then when I indicated that I was unhappy with the customer service provided the person on the chat line state arrogantly “ so what are you still here “....
