I wish I would have done my research prior to depositing any crypto into their website. I read reviews where if you try and make a withdrawal, the funds you tried to withdraw mysteriously makes it's way into a Fixed Time Deposit. I didn't think it was true until I tried it. My initial fixed time deposits finally matured after 1 year. I had deposited XDC and XRP. I initiated a withdrawal for my XDC. A message popped up stating it will be processed within 24hrs. I wish I would have screen shot everything as previous reviews had stated to do. I checked my account the following morning and some how my withdrawal for XDC became a Fixed Deposit for 6 months. Not only that, my XRP which i didn't try to withdraw also became a Fixed Deposit for 6 months. Contacted Customer support. They gave me some fluff about how I may have inadvertently activated the Portfolio Optimization feature. Which i know I didn't. So we'll see what happens when this matures and I try to make another withdrawal. I am definitely going to document and screenshot everything. User Beware!!! I smell a scam!!!
