Update on last review Customer ID#33729Officially 92 days delayed on fixed contracts and launch pool. The last response was because I’m a VIP2 my case has been escalated and I will hear from one of the team to get the situation resolved. I’ve had no emails. I’m constantly checking in and clearing my spam so I can see if it has come through or not.when am I going to get my money?
