Unauthorised Conversion to Fixed Staking Contracts

I have been with Cryptonomy for a long time, using all their products... and things were working very well until I tried to withdraw my assets to send to an external Crypto Exchange. From all appearances while navigating the withdrawal process on Cryptonomy, it all looked normal. However, instead of being sent to my external Crypto Exchange, I discovered that my withdrawals had not been processed at all. Instead they had somehow been converted into 12 Months Fixed Staking contracts without my permission. When I contacted Cryptonomy’s chat support on the website, they told me the same that they told others here on Trust Pilot… i.e..”this is not possible, you must've done it yourself. It is impossible for us to adjust your contracts”. I also offered electronic evidence to support my argument. They DIDN’T even ask me to send the evidence. In other words, they weren’t even interested in my evidence, they would assess the case without my evidence being weighed! And that’s what they did! They concluded their ‘investigation’ without seeing my evidence.I emailed their support for further assistance 3 days ago. I have not yet had a reply. Zooming out and looking at this from a distance, the question has to be asked: Why are Withdrawals and Flexible Contracts being converted into Fixed Staking Contracts? There are 3 possible reasons below:(1) Intentional? The Crypto market is not close to being as buoyantly positive right now as we expected it to be. We all expected the market to be well into the upside. This could suggest that Cryptonomy has found itself over-leveraged, unable to meet its contractual promises, thus fearing a mass exodus of funds from its Platform. To counter this, they could arguably have intentionally constructed a clear and preordained tool or device to convert Withdrawals and Flexible Contracts into Fixed Staking Contracts to halt the flight of capital. A flight of capital would have catastrophic consequences for the survival as a business entity - an existential threat. There would be a strong motive! This would be a Criminal act!(2) Unintentional? The other possibility is that Cryptonomy doesn’t realise that their Website has a hidden flaw behind it’s veil - a technical flaw and that there was no intention to convert Withdrawals and Flexible Contracts into Fixed Staking Contracts. This is gross negligence! (3) Hacked!Either way, all scenarios and causes (intentional or unintentional) lead to an identical impact - Fixed Staking Contracts that we do not want and we did not ask for. Potential for loss and damage due to asset fluctuation while being illiquid. This problem is NOT to going to miraculously go away or mend itself. Cryptonomy needs to restore the balance, honour its promises and let me move my assets the way I intend. What’s your solution Cryptonomy Finance?
