I too had a fixed staking expire on December 15th and the crypto is still locked up. I asked chat support about it and was told it needs to be validated and due to market volatility it will settle shortly. I asked how long is shortly and they said within 30 days. One month later I asked again and was told 60 days. This morning I tried logging in and was successful but was then booted out of the website and can't log back in. I even changed my password and still can't log back in. I have a lot of money for me tied up on Cryptonomy and can't access it. ***Update**** I can now get log back in to my wallet. I had Brett in my wallet that I hadn't been able to withdraw for a while because my wallet always said wallet maintenance, but just for Brett. I moved about 900k Myria and 1075 Xrp this morning before It logged me out. It doesn't instantly transfer it like other platforms do. So when I finally get back in to my account I find all 3 of those coins have been staked until January 11th 2026. You can't stake from your wallet for a year but was told by support you must have accidentally done it. Accidently done it 3 times when I've done it plenty of times before when I meant to do it? They aren't wanting to release the tokens from the staking so now they are holding 5 different tokens of mine hostage worth over $24k currently!....The guy in the customer support chat is ignoring me when I asked him to release the coins and not acting on it. If they make it right I'll take this review down but I'm not holding my breath.
