After multiple attempts to resolve a crypto withdrawl issue with Cryptonomy I remain unsuccessful. I was provided false promises on a few different occasions. Jerry a Support Manager with Cryptonomy told me my withdrawl issue would be resolved by their finance department all that i had to do was reach out to them and they could reverse changes to my wallets transactions told resolve my issue. A little over 24 hours had past but I never received a response back from their finance department. I followed back up with Cryptonomy chat support again to request escalation. I was told by Valery a Support Manager with Cryptonomy that someone from the Finance department would respond back to me within 12 hours. Again no response well after the 12 hours. I reached back out again and was chatting with Valerie once again regarding my issue. Provided the details to her and the chat went silent. Finally I was able to reach another member of the their Support Manager team Matthew. I informed Matthew of my troubles and stated that I decided to start withdrawing my funds due to liquidity issues experienced with trying to exchange FET.AI. Matthew stated that they did not have any liquidity issues so I sent him as recent screenshot from my discussion with Jerry showing the exact opposite of Matthews claim of no liquidity issues with Cryptonomy. I always like to give companies the benefit of the doubt and be able resolve issues at the lowest level but my issue has dragged out for to long. I want others to be aware of the issues I have encountered and consider safer alternatives. 13 Sep 2024Hello Cryptonomy, In response to your statement the information your support staff provided you is not correct. 2 of Support Managers (Jerry and Valery) assured me that my concern could be easily resolved. No mention of penalty withdraws were mentioned nor should i be penalized for withdrawing my funds when i did not authorize them to be there in the first place. The Senior Support Manager Matthew informed me there was no liquidity issues with your platform so i shared a screenshot of the Chat GUI with Jerry that states otherwise. I can provide copys of the GUI Support chat and the chat history logs to support my claim if you would like. I will also add that the finance never responded to my request via email. All that I am asking is for my full crypto currency amount to be returned and my issue will be resolved.11 Nov 2024Over two months have passed since I reported my Customer Service issue to Cryptonomy.Finance directly and then posting on Trustpilot after not getting adequate support. SInce reporting my issue I have not received a response from Cryptonomy directly nor a resolution.
