Antes que todo, gracias por haber respondido a mi reclamo, pero de antemano le puedo decir al equipo de trabajo de CRYTONOMY o a los departamentos que estan encargados de procesar los reclamos que para nada dije ni hable tal cosa en los chat con el equipo de soporte de chat en vivo, tengo todos los chat descargados y puedo mostrarlos, si hable de que me sentia estafado pero para nada dije que habia creado por error una launchpool, actualicense bien de lo ocurrido porque al parecer les dieron mal la informacion, yo habia solicitado un retiro de mis fondos a otra direccion y en el apartado transacciones aparecia como en estado pendiente el retiro, pocas horas mas tarde desaparecio de ahi y aparecio como una supuesta launchpool de 1 año de duracion donde los agentes del chat me decian que lo mas probable es que la hubiera creado por error, y creame que insistieron en que no habia ninguna opcion de cancelar el launchpool y ahora resulta que me dicen que pagando una penalidad si se puede hacer, o sea tengo que pagar por algo que no hice pero como yo eleve mi reclamo a varios influencer de peso en la plataforma y ellos hicieron reclamos pues entonces ahora me dan una respuesta, les escribi al correo de soporte (support(arroba)cryptonomy.finance) y nunca me respondieron, todo era por el chat y me daban las mismas respuestas sin opciones alguna, cambiare mi opinion si pueden resolver mi problema y devolverme el acceso a mis fondos para ser yo quien decida que hacer con ellos, no deseo esperar 1 año con mi dinero congelado.
