Update: they have given me the points now. 🙏 I did several purchases, which should have given me loyalty points, I even did a survey which would also give me some loyalty points, but I never got any, when I contacted them, after few emails and screenshots I had to send, they said it was sorted and they had given me the points, upon checking, I noticed they only gave me the loyalty points for my latest purchase, not the previous, nor the survey points ..The purchases went without problems, but they do not give you the loyalty points which you should receive.
