I was having some difficulty re connecting my EO mini car charger to my new broadband service. The support I received from Will Davies from Crystal Electronics was exceptional. What I thought should be a straight forward reprogramming of my charger to new WiFi settings turned into a thread of about 14 emails with Will bringing me step by step through a process that eventually got me sorted.
