Had a great experience with Olivia Allen the engineer who helped me solve a few issues with my EO charger unit. First I needed a few months info that was over a year ago and she sent this over to me, then I couldn’t connect my new BT home hub to the wall charger due to the fact the QR code had faded too much. Olivia sent me a new digital QR code with instructions and after 30 seconds I was up and running again Thanks a lot Olivia great service 😊🙏👍
